make as many fields as you will
they will all turn to dust
this is life, this is truth, but still
do what you think you must
just remember this truth of truths
that nothing will turn to gold
no catcher will come, no lady will shine
this world will rust and mold...

I think I read somewhere that its a sign that you've grown u if you have outgrown CITR..:)
@dreamcatcher: this creation is in part a reply to infinity's poem and in part an expression of the process of outgrowing citr that i'm undergoing...
Zero's cynicism is much more comforting than infinity's optimism.
And I guess it is but obvious whence I look at it.
@dc: one of my favorites too...a big influence...but i think i have outgrown it and it shows in the last few lines of my poem...
@zero: denial is not the way forward if you want to outgrow citr...and that is exactly what you have done...denied that it ever influenced you...
@satan: to each his own...this is the whole idea behind this blog...to express two different views from two different persons about everything...

@infinity: thats not denial...its acceptance that it was all a lie...
